Young people today are facing unprecedented challenges to their mental health and well-being. Many are struggling with stress, anxiety, loneliness, and uncertainty, yet many lack access to spaces where they feel seen, supported, and empowered to thrive.

At Wellspring Youth United, we believe every young person deserves the opportunity to heal, grow, and lead. They are not just recipients of support, they are powerful leaders and change-makers capable of transforming their schools and communities.

Through our flagship WYU Leadership Program, students participate in 10 weeks of leadership development, mental health education, mentorship, peer facilitation and community building. Along the way, they build confidence, community, and develop practical wellness skills.

But the impact doesn't stop there.

As students grow in confidence and leadership skills, they bring what they've learned back into their classrooms by helping facilitate wellness-focused conversations and activities with their peers. In doing so, it creates a ripple effect of support, belonging, and leadership that impacts an entire school community.
